Lots of sunshine, affordable living, and unlimited horse riding and outdoor activities led me to the Klamath Basin in February of 2000, and I haven’t regretted the move for one moment. If that’s what you are looking for, I’m sure you’ll feel the same way.
Licensed as a real estate broker in 2005, I brought over 25 years of marketing experience to my real estate career , including director of sales for several corporations, co-founder and publisher of a horse related magazine, sales rep for both print and internet publications, and web site designing and hosting. I have a firm grasp on what it takes to effectively market your properties, or find you just the right ones in this age of high technology.
I’ve made it my mission to become extremely knowledgeable of my adopted home, and feel that public service is part and parcel of that mission. I’ve served on the Chiloquin Economic Development Council, the Sheriff’s Advisory Committee, and the Chiloquin Public Safety Committee. In addition I’ve served with the Klamath County Association of Realtors© on the Member Services and MLS committees, as well as on the Board of Directors chairing the Government Affairs committee, and liaison to the Government Affairs Coordinating committee (a tri-association government affairs group). Outside of real estate, I’ve served on the Chiloquin Sheriff’s Advisory Committee since it’s inception in 2006, and I’m an active member of the High Desert Trail Riders Back Country Horsemen, attending many work parties to clear forest trails of downed trees, build corrals at trailheads, and do general clean up/maintenance of camp grounds. I’ve served as Newsletter Editor, Membership Chair, Mule Sale Chair, Volunteer Scheduling Chair, and 1st Vice President.
I share my heart with 3 great children and their wonderful spouses, 8 grandchildren, 2 GREAT grandchildren, a Quarter Horse mare name Chica, Poppet, a goofy rat/jack terrier that really isn’t a dog (terriers aren’t quite canine, it seems), and of course God!
Promotion to office manager and sales coach for Crater Lake Realty, Inc. extended to my co-workers the knowledgeable service, superior dedication, and steadfast determination that it takes to accomplish your goals. Time moves life along, and a series of “health adventures” now limits my duties to owner/broker Linda Long’s as her virtual assistant. For service to my own clients I also took my license under my own business name of Victoria CB Trees Real Estate Services.
This change in “location” so to speak, enables me to pursue my decades-long dream of traveling (mostly) the western half of the United States of America, with Chica and Poppet of course. I now live in my Living Quarters Horse Trailer, and intend to spend winters in warmer climes, always heading back to my favorite part of the country… Klamath County, Oregon!
